Peki, neler yapabilirsiniz?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Antrenmanlar\u0131n\u0131zda veya herhangi bir yerde kendiniz ile ilgili negatif\nyorumlarda bulunmay\u0131n. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc b\u00f6yle bir tutum sergilemeniz halinde ma\u00e7 esnas\u0131nda\nbu konu\u015fmalar\u0131n akl\u0131n\u0131za gelme olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 daha y\u00fcksektir. Hepimiz insan\u0131z, baz\u0131\ndurumlarda hayal k\u0131r\u0131kl\u0131klar\u0131 ya\u015fayabiliriz ancak kendimizle ilgili y\u00fcksek\nsesle negatif yorum yapmamam\u0131z ve tekrar odaklanmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131z bize fayda\nsa\u011flayacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Antrenmanlar\u0131n\u0131z esnas\u0131nda antren\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcz\u00fcn verdi\u011fi zihinsel egzersizlere-oyunlara\ndikkat kesilin ve do\u011fru bir \u015fekilde yapabilmek i\u00e7in elinizden geldi\u011fince\n\u00e7abalay\u0131n. Zihinsel antrenman\u0131n \u00f6nemini kavrarsan\u0131z kendili\u011finizden bu\negzersizleri eksiksiz bi\u00e7imde yerine getirmek isteyeceksiniz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sonu\u00e7 olarak, zihinsel beceri egzersizlerini \u00f6\u011frenmeniz ve t\u0131pk\u0131 fiziksel antrenmanlar\u0131n\u0131zda uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z gibi uygulaman\u0131z gerekmektedir.
